CCC is pleased to announce it has been awarded the contract for Building 5 along Highway 15-501 at South Creek Chapel Hill. As we continue work on Building 11, we begin vertical construction of the 7-story Building 5, the second structure to take shape at South Creek.

Once completed, the facility will feature a covered market pavilion, a performing arts stage, a demonstration and commercial-use kitchen, meeting and office space, as well as greenways and gardens. These elements will provide space for a wide range of activities that promote community engagement, wellness, and economic development.
