One of the largest mixed-use developments in the Triangle region is getting closer to reaching a major milestone. The Reeves Farm development project, a 500-acre mixed-use community off U.S. 64 Business on the west side of Pittsboro, has submitted construction plans for the first 250 homes for the project, according to Jody Leidoff, land planner for the development. In total, Reeves Farm will include more than 1,500 homes.

PITTSBORO, N.C. (WTVD) -- The Pittsboro Board of Commissioners will discuss the Reeves Farm Development in a meeting on Monday night and consider approving Phase One of the project. "This is a major development project on the west side of town," town spokesperson Colby Sawyer said.

CCC is pleased to announce it has been awarded the contract for Building 5 along Highway 15-501 at South Creek Chapel Hill. As we continue work on Building 11, we begin vertical construction of the 7-story Building 5, the second structure to take shape at South Creek.

Once completed, the facility will feature a covered market pavilion, a performing arts stage, a demonstration and commercial-use kitchen, meeting and office space, as well as greenways and gardens.
