Sanford Home2 Suites Wins Hotel of the Year for 2025

Keller Development owners and Holmes Legacy Partners owner Edward Holmes were so happy to attend the annual Crown Hotel & Travel Management Employee Awards Ceremony, which honored the hard work and behind-the-scenes efforts that keep all the Crown ownership and management assets moving forward.

Our Home2 Suites by Hilton hotel in Sanford won Hotel of the Year for 2025! Thanks to Barry Eagle, Josh Emett, CPA, Linda Thornley, CHA, Jeff Zukosky and his team and everyone who works so hard to make our Home2 Suites run efficiently and feel like home for guests. The hotel, which was developed by Keller Development and built by Carolina Commercial Contractors, opened in late 2024. It exceeded original revenue projections significantly and has exceptional customer reviews.
