Created in partnership with Holmes Legacy Partners and designed by land planner Jody Leidolf, Local70 prioritizes thoughtful community design with connectivity and livability at its core. Retail and commercial offerings provide everyday convenience, while abundant open space ensures balance between growth and green.

An infill community thoughtfully integrated into the established Powell Place neighborhood.

Roadways widened to accommodate additional traffic
DETAILS
Developed in partnership with Holmes Companies, Sanctuary at Powell Place was designed to harmonize with its surroundings. Built by Carolina Commercial Contractors and leased in record time by Rampart Property Management, the project quickly became a success.
