Susan is Managing Member and Broker-in-Charge at Rampart. She supports Keller Development in asset acquisition and brings an owner’s perspective to property management. Susan works directly with ownership groups and investors to deliver high-level, personalized partnership. Together with Jennifer Mason Mashburn, a Certified Apartment Manager and seasoned property management professional, Susan and Rampart provide top-tier, hands-on multifamily asset oversight.
