CCC Delivers Stunning Patrick's Pointe Clubhouse

Carolina Commercial Contractors (CCC) is pleased to announce the completion of the new clubhouse at Patrick’s Pointe Apartments, recently delivered to ownership group Volta and management company Greystar.

Designed to serve as a welcoming hub for residents, the clubhouse features interior design by Jenn Frost Designs. Soaring ceilings paired with modern yet cozy furnishings create an inviting gathering space for the brand-new Patrick’s Pointe community.

Architect Kerry Finley collaborated closely with Volta and CCC to create innovative and highly functional spaces throughout the building, including a versatile party room, a fitness center that opens directly onto the outdoor amenities area, and multiple sitting areas that provide comfortable workspaces for residents seeking a change of scenery while working from home. Warm wood accents throughout the clubhouse bring cohesion and warmth to the overall design.

One of the primary challenges of the project was executing the intricate ceiling details, particularly the reverse tray ceilings featured in every room. The CCC team managed installation of integrated LED tape lighting within each ceiling element, a process that required careful planning and on-site coordination. According to Project Manager Brennan De St. Aubin, “This clubhouse wouldn’t have come together without our outstanding subcontractors and suppliers—especially Cardinal Millwork and Butler Lighting—who expertly handled the complex details and kept the project moving smoothly.”

The ownership and development team at Patrick’s Pointe proved to be true collaborators throughout the process, resulting in an exceptional finished product—both for the clubhouse and the residential units, which are nearing completion.
