CCC awarded the construction of Building 5 at South Creek Chapel Hill

CCC is excited to announce that it has secured the new commercial construction contract for Building 5 along Highway 15-501 at South Creek Chapel Hill. While we continue work on Building 11, our team is beginning the vertical construction of the 7-story Building 5, marking the second structure to emerge at South Creek.

Designed by FMK Architects, with interior selections and design by Urbanik Interiors, this building features 68 condominium homes, including 2 penthouse suites, along with a parking garage.
