Work Begins on Patrick’s Pointe Apartment Complex

Ground has broken on Patrick’s Pointe, a 266-unit multi-family development off U.S. 1 in Southern Pines.

The development was approved by the Town Council in February 2022, and it sits on 25 acres just off U.S. 1 north of the Pennsylvania Avenue exit. It will feature one- to three-bedroom units and amenities such as a clubhouse, swimming pool and dog park.
